- This weapon's designation does not exist in real life, as it's a crude replication of the Italy-made AF2011-A1, double barreled, semi-automatic pistol.
- The "AF" in the weapon's name refers to "Arsenal Firearms", but also "April Fools" as this weapon is designed to celebrate the April Fools event.
