Overview[]
Leet is a veteran member of Elite Crew. He appears as the Terrorist leader in the destruction of Big City. Leet can be identified with his green jacket and brown cargo pants. He wears half-transparent black sunglasses and a shemagh on his neck.

Trivia[]
- He appears as a guiding NPC for the first mission in Campaign mode. However, at the end of the mission, he finds out the player is an undercover cop and tried to kill him. However, Lisa saved the player and they escaped from the training camp.
- Leet's appearance is partly based on Elite Crew from the original Counter-Strike.
- In Japanese version, he is voiced by Fumihiko Tachiki.
