A mermaid princess who came to the surface to prevent the destruction of the marine ecosystem. While tracking the probe that started the incident with her guardian shark, Sia, she met Dr. Soi and the Aegis Research Institute members. Dr. Soi, who discovered her, named her Gracia because she couldn't pronounce her name, which sounded like an ultrasound. Moved by the Aegis Research Institute's efforts, she later collaborated with the institute and contributed greatly to ocean water purification research.
